The members are Epifanio "Pano" Ponce de Leon, first requinto (a traditional bolero string guitar) and musical director, Manuel Molina, second requinto, Jesus Molina, guitar and Jose Luis Amaro Perez, upright bass. Epifanio, Manuel and Jesus are from Villa Juarez, Sonora, Mexico. Jose Luis is from Leon Guanajuato, Mexico. All are excellent musicians, performers and singers. Contrapunto was formed several years ago and since then, have demonstrated great success in the industry. "Emociones" is a romantic Latin album with elegant arrangements and beautiful songs. Here at SBB Records, we are sure that this quartet will become one of the greatest of this genre of music.
